LCT Magazine Features BusRates.com

BusRates.com was not built with the expectation of being a for-profit entity. It was built as a consumer advocate mission to help warn customers that most websites first found on the internet were brokers taking advantage of those customers that did not shop around. Along the way toward this consumer advocate mission we also inadvertently became marketing coaches for new bus companies providing advice, building websites and teaching a seminar at the annual Expo. We also began a Fraud Alert email that put out warnings of schemes and non-payers that went out to about 2,000 bus companies. It was very popular, but non-paying brokers threatened to sue.
